The Fishery.

Drummond Trout Farm and Fishery is situated in idyllic wooded surroundings in the beautiful Strathearn area of Perthshire, just west of Comrie. The Scottish Highlands rise to the north and the Farm lies by the River Earn.

bank fishingThere are 6 pools for fishing suitable for beginners through to experts.

Fly fishing is the preferred method. Rods can be hired. Free tuition is available for beginners throughout the season.

We mustn't forget to mention the widelife which visits the Farm. You may be lucky enough to see the master fisher - the fabulous osprey, a regular visitor for over two years.
He and his fellow anglers - the graceful heron and the colourful kingfisher, frequently drop in for a free meal!

Otters can be seen of the River Earn.

All fish caught must be weighed in and chard at £1.70/lbs no catch and Release.

How to get Here.

Directions
From the south, take the A822 through Braco and follow the Tourist Information sign onto the B827 to Comrie. From the east take the A85 through Crieff to Comrie and from the west follow the A85 along Loch Earn. We are located just west of Comrie, Perthshire. Follow the Tourist Information signs!
