 How to get Here.
Coming from the North & South take the A9 to Dunkeld then on to the A923 to Blairgowrie
and the fishery is on the right hand side of the road. From Blairgowrie it is
again on to the A923, this time heading to Dunkeld and the fishery is on the
left clearly sign posted. |
Electric outboard hire.
There are a limited number of up to
10 - Minnkota motors + battery's for hire at £10.00
but anglers requiring these are advised
to book in advance.
However, anglers can bring their
own motors.

Butterstone Loch is a 120-acre fishery based in the beautiful heart of Perthshire
approximately 15 miles from Perth and 8 from Blairgowrie. It is set in an area
of outstanding scenic beauty being flanked on one side by the Loch of the Lowes
nature reserve and on the other by woods and hills. Ospreys, which nest locally,
regularly show up the fishermen, and otters are occasionally seen along with
a wide selection of other fauna and flora. So for the less dedicated angler there
is usually plenty to see.
